Refund policy

We accept return of products for refund and exchange, however we don't provide refund for shipping cost that customer bear to buy and return the product/s.

Return and exchange is only accepted for products like shoes, and apparels.

Products should be returned within one week of its delivery date, and product/s must be returned in its original packaging like it must contain tags, original packaging(not shipping package).

There must not be any damages, no changes from its original state(like wrinkles and other physical damages) and must be clean.

Refund and exchanges are not provided if failed to meet all of the above conditions.
